About Me

My Bio

I started writing as a teenager.  I went from writing in a diary to journaling.  I loved how my thoughts ran down my arm into my pen then entered onto the blank pages.  Within my daily journaling, I’ve opened my creative writing channels and now have a passion for writing stories through Fiction, Short Stories, and Poetry. My journey thus far has witnessed the evolution of my writing technique and the gaining of a unique literary style.

I invite you to take this journey with me and learn about my works in progress. I’d love to hear from you. I welcome positive, upbeat, constructive criticism.

The Window

The first short story:

Jake is an abused young boy who befriends his neighbor’s dog and a little girl from a foster care home. When the three set out to find the little girl’s parents, they cross the path of a dangerous smuggler and are unaware of the unlikely adventure they are about to take. Jake must find a way to rid themselves of this villain and get Sarah home to her parents.

I can’t wait for you to read it. This story first started as a writing assignment, but soon turned into a fascinating undertaking which I couldn’t stop thinking about or writing.

“If there is a book that you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, you must be the one to write it.”
